PAWZ Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to PAWZ. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PAWZ website, purchase of pet food and accessories ("Retail Services"), and booking of Pet Salon, PATPAWZ Grooming, Pawzville Daycare, and Boarding services ("Pet Services"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Retail Terms

1.1 Pricing and Availability

All prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display accurate stock availability, but items may occasionally be out of stock.

1.2 Returns and Refunds

Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. **Perishable goods (e.g., open pet food, frozen food) are non-refundable.**

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy (Services)

2.1 Appointment Confirmation

All service bookings (Grooming, Daycare, Boarding) must be confirmed. Confirmation is typically sent via email or WhatsApp (+974 3358 2287).

2.2 Cancellation Fees

Clients must provide a minimum of **24 hours' notice** for cancellation or rescheduling of Grooming/Daycare appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

2.3 No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for a confirmed appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

3. Grooming & Salon Policy

3.1 Health and Behavior

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or behavioral issues (e.g., aggression) prior to the service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal that poses a threat to itself, other pets, or our staff.

3.2 Matting

De-matting can be painful and may cause skin irritation. If a pet's coat is severely matted, PAWZ prioritizes the pet’s comfort and may opt for a complete shave-down, which will be discussed with the owner prior to proceeding. Extra fees apply for de-matting.

4. Boarding & Daycare (Pawzville) Requirements

4.1 Vaccination Records

All pets must have up-to-date vaccination records (including, but not limited to, Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella) before utilizing Pawzville services. Records must be provided before the drop-off date.

4.2 Check-In/Check-Out

Strict check-in and check-out times apply. Late pick-ups for Daycare may incur a penalty fee. Late pick-ups for Boarding without prior arrangement may result in an additional night’s charge.

5. Pet Health, Safety & Liability

5.1 Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of an emergency or sudden illness while a pet is in our care (Grooming or Pawzville), PAWZ will immediately attempt to contact the owner. If the owner cannot be reached, PAWZ is authorized to seek necessary veterinary attention, and the owner agrees to be responsible for all associated costs.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

PAWZ takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of your pet. However, you acknowledge that participation in Daycare, Boarding, or Grooming services carries inherent risks. PAWZ shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or death, unless proven to be caused by gross negligence of our staff.

6. User Conduct & Website Use

You agree to use the PAWZ website and services only for lawful purposes. Harassment in any manner or form, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.

7. Limitation of Liability

PAWZ shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the services, even if PAWZ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
