How it all started
From one beloved adopted dog to a growing community of pet lovers across Qatar.
PAWZ began in early 2020 inside the founder’s home, inspired by her adopted dog “Chacha”, who struggled with obesity but never lost her joyful spirit. Determined to help Chacha live healthier and happier, our founder began exploring better nutrition, eco-friendly products and fun ways to keep pets active.
What started as a home project quickly grew into a passion-driven brand. In 2021, PAWZ Trading & Services officially launched — becoming one of the first in Qatar to introduce mobile grooming, freshly baked treats and healthy pet food, as well as being the first pet store listed on major delivery platforms.
By 2024, growing demand and community support led to the opening of PAWZVILLE: Qatar’s first and biggest daycare & boarding facility designed around pets’ safety, comfort and happiness.
Chacha inspired our first hero product: Fatpawz bamboo charcoal pee pads, designed to make life easier for pet parents and more comfortable for pets — especially during the pandemic.
Today, PAWZ is a growing ecosystem: retail, mobile grooming, daycare & boarding, serving a loyal and expanding family of pets and pet parents across Qatar.
